Review - Please try to include as many specific details as you can: This was my first ever electric guitar, it features two pickups which give a great sound, it is an attractive butterscotch colour and is really tough. It plays well is extremely well built. It is better than most guitars under ?200 and i would recomend it to any beginner.
Rating (On a Scale of 1-10): 9
Additional Comments/Final Verdict: this guitar is excellent.

Review - Please try to include as many specific details as you can: At first, you will see the low price and automatically think its a cheap, crap guitar. Ignore the price just stick on your lap a play it. Its has a great look, great feel and also gives the famous jangly telecaster sound but also packs a decent powerful rock sound. not as good as genuine fenders but for the money, its killer!!!!
Rating (On a Scale of 1-10): 8
Additional Comments/Final Verdict: for the money its wicked!!!

Price: $149.99 Review - Please try to include as many specific details as you can: Straight-up Tele look, mine came high gloss black with a single ply white pick-guard, Alder body, thin maple neck and maple fretboard, with the classic Tele headstock. Really nice low action, fast "C" shaped neck and good feeling frets, couldn't ask for more in the neck department. (However, if you have 'big hands' you maynot like the neck on this, as it is thin). Squiers 20th annversary issue with neck plate stamped as such. However, lacking greatly in the pick-up department. Trying to get the true Tele sound out of it was near to impossible. Although, I decided it was a keeper, because the guitar had so much potential! The feel of the neck and the total lack of fret buzz (even unplugged) and it's playability, convinced me to do more with this guitar than put it in the closet, as it was a gift to me from my wife anyway.
Rating (On a Scale of 1-10): 8
Additional Comments/Final Verdict: Having played and owned several Fender products throughout my playing career of some 30 odd years, (mainly 5 Strats and a couple of Fender acoustics, except a Tele), my wife decided to get me the object of my desires, not knowing the difference between the models, she of course bought me the one within her budget. Very grateful, I decided to turn it into a very nice workable instrument and upgraded it with "American Fender Classic"/"Texas-Specials" had it rewired and included a 3 ply black pearloid-pick-guard, both for looks and greater resonance. After all of the modifications I didn't need my remaining 2 Strats anymore nor any of the other guitars I owned (except my A/E, Ovation which was also a gift from my sons)and sold them on ebay. That's just how nice this guitar is today. This guitar ismine permanently and my favorite solid body electric guitar I've ever owned! (I've paid three to five times as much for Strats than my wife paid for this), I suppose I could have done the same with one of my Strats but never thought to do so. Get one, modify it to your standards and you'll understand what I mean! For the price of the instrument, you could modify it to your hearts content and end up with a guitar that for the most part you personally designed, still at an affordable price! Although a 10 today,I gave it an 8 only because it didn't come this way!
Summary of costs. Fender American Classic Texas Specials_69.99, (lists at 149.99)Black Pearloid 3- ply Pickguard_35.99, (lists at 59.99) rewiring_40.00_ "Sound today"_priceless! Sustain before the modifications...'terrible', Sound...before the modifications thin and weak, now, unbelievable! For an original investment of $149.99, what do you have to lose!?
