Review - Please try to include as many specific details as you can: Wallet friendly version of the Variax modelling guitar range. Strat style body with a rosewood fingerboard. Light and comfortable-really easy to play. Cheaper materials than the other Variax models obviously, but quality build and finish. Unusual look, with a sweeping scratchplate and no visible pickups (Piezo in the Bridge), this guitar has the same modelling software as its more expensive brothers. In one guitar you have access to the sounds of so many classics-'58 Les paul, 1960 Tele custom, '59 Strat, '68 Rickenbacker 360, etc. etc. not to mention acoustics (6 and 12) Dobros, Banjo and Sitar! The sounds are fantastically authentic, offering actual pickup configurations. You really could ditch your other guitars (and I've got 6) and just use this, especially if you have a Pod XT Live or a Vetta amp. Gibson, Gretch, Fender, Martin, Ricky, they are all here! The Variax is excellent, and the sounds it offers up are just like the original vintage guitars, any one of which would cost a small,or in some cases large, fortune!
Rating (On a Scale of 1-10): 10
