Review - Please try to include as many specific details as you can: This thin body guitar is made of ash and the wood sweetens very well, the more you play it the better it sounds. The action is great for right out of the box. The nut on this guitar is interesting it slants to create the space needed for playability. The piezo pickup system does the job, you get a better sound over the system than you do unplugged. Equalizer also very nice for a two band. The feel of the neck also adds to the playability, very thin. It's just a beautiful piece of equipment. The stains chosen for this model are gorgeous violin and transparent red. Even the oval shaped sound hole adds to it.
Rating (On a Scale of 1-10): 8
Additional Comments/Final Verdict: The best of the Talman series, I've played. If you have played the predecessor TCY10 please do not attempt to compare there is no comparision. This thinbody guitar does not have the tin can sound.

Review - Please try to include as many specific details as you can: It sure is beautiful, my boyfriend first got it and it sounded like a tin can...that changed with several plays, it absorbs sound well and carries over a system even better than just in the family room. Truthfuly I thought he got a crap guitar but he sure did not at all, he has not played it in gigs, I have gotten the chance to play it here and there and think the world of it. I have played for 8 years and have been given the chance to play many guitars in that time, I grew up with my father and grand father playing so I was educated well also. But this TCY20 is realy nice. It is a lot nicer than the other Tallman guitars I played out of the seiries...we go to MNU and a couple guys have other models, but the TCY20 beats them out by far, could just be the style and luck of the draw, but I like it.
Rating (On a Scale of 1-10): 8
Additional Comments/Final Verdict: Best Ibanez I have ever played...not a fan of Ibanez all the time.
