Review - Please try to include as many specific details as you can:
Overall: Overall the Ibanez - AM73 Artcore is a fantastic guitar. The look, sound, feel, and quality is alot more than you will ever expect.
Sound: I play the blues, punk, ska, reggae and slide guitar. Just having it plugged in, the sound is excellent for all types. When i hook it up to different pedals, it become even more than you expect.
Feel: The Action and width of the neck makes it easy to manuever you fingers whichever way you please. Even with the slide, its easy to play whole chords or individual notes.
Look: The transparent color looks great. The quality of wood they use for the body has no knots or holes that needed to be filled in. One thing i do regret is that it doesn't come in flamed maple. Maybe one day.
Reliability: I play guitars real hard at times and the Ibanez - AM73 Artcore will hold up to whatever style you choose to play
Value: Before purchasing, I compared it to alot of other semi-hollow bodies, including Jay turser, Epiphone, and the Cort M-800. It felt the lightest and the sound was definitely comparable to the Gibson's.
Rating (On a Scale of 1-10): 10
Additional Comments/Final Verdict: For all those interested in semi-hollow bodies, i suggest you go down to your local Guitar Center or where ever else and play one. Then compare it to other brands in all aspects and you will notice the overall quality it just as good if not better than the other leading brands. Whatever you do, "Do Not over look the Ibanez - AM73 Artcore".
