Review - Please try to include as many specific details as you can: To tell you the truth, i work in music retail and get to test out guitars all the time. I have been hunting for a classical guitar for a long time now, but hesitated to buying one even with all the temptation, as i was exceptionally particular considering my line. Then one day, i bumped into a particular piece of Admira Maria, which in the market is normally considered a pretty beginner/intermediate guitar. Most of the times, selling Admira guitars and other brands, i wouldn't be really exceptionally impressed, just i would normally rate it a pretty alrite brand with reasonable standard. Admira guitars are normally handmade, so inconsistency is a large factor. However, this particular piece was amazing... I was struggling for a week comparing it to all other pieces. Within pieces of it's own model, it outshined greatly. I compared it to a Yamaha CG201 model ($900+), which was very highly reviews, and the Maria was better. Then i went up the ladder to compete it with an Asturias($3000+) and a Yamaha GC21($2000+) models, and the Maria was still better. It just feels great, more well balance with clarity on the strings, loud on volume, distinct character and a nice warmth touch that is just right. I bet the luthier was feeling really great when he made it. I showed it to my colleagues and few customers, and they were markly impressed. Of cos, i bought it... What a good buy after all!!!! There was some kind of unbelivable magic about it, i could seem to play faster, smoother and more accurately with it. Trust me, i sell guitars, i'm no fool...
Rating (On a Scale of 1-10): 10 Additional Comments/Final Verdict: Handmade guitars are inconsistent in their sound, sometimes one pops out that have the right combination of everything, that makes it exceptionally good!!!
