Feature:
1 tone nob, 1 volume, 3-way switch. Pretty standard. Woulda liked to have a trem, but its not necassary.

Quality:
Seems to be built well, and its a Jackson :D

Value:
Only $300 for this great guitar? Go buy it!

Desirability:
It looks great. I got the black one, and other than the pretty standard finger prints showing up well, it just looks so dang good.

Sound:
Great sound, I love it so much!

Ease of Use:
One of the easiest guitars I've ever played, my hands just go right along the neck as smooth as possible.

Support:
Can't really say, haven't dealt with support.

Overall:
I'll have this guitar for a long time, no plans to sell it right now. The neck is a little heavy, if your not holding it while standing then it wants to dive, but its not that bad.
